Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other voting securities for election of directors or similar authority.
Country refers to: United States.
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Amplify Apps LLC, United States.
Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Service refers to the Glassie mobile application and any related website operated by the Company.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including information, products, or resources) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available within the Service.
Website refers to Glassie, accessible at https://www.glassie.ai or https://www.amplifyapps.co.
You means the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Service and form the agreement between You and Amplify Apps LLC. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding access to and use of the Service.
Your access to the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.
You represent that You are over the age of 13. The Company does not permit those under 13 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy, which describes Our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information—including Face Images and skincare analysis data—when You use Glassie. Please review Our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company.
Amplify Apps LLC has no control over—and assumes no responsibility for—the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or alleged to be caused by connection with use of or reliance on any content, products, or services available on or through such websites.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites You visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages You may incur, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount You have paid through the Service or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, privacy, business interruption, personal injury, or failure of performance, arising out of or related to Your use or inability to use the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, these limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

Governing Law
These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts-of-law principles.

For European Union (EU) Users
If You are an EU consumer, You are entitled to all mandatory protections under the law of the country in which You reside.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or designated as “terrorist-supporting”; and
(ii) You are not included on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified so as to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise any right or require performance shall not affect the ability to exercise such right later, nor shall waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any later breach.
Translation Interpretation
If these Terms have been translated into another language, the original English version shall prevail in the event of a conflict.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide reasonable notice before new terms take effect. Determination of material changes is at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If You do not agree, You must stop using the Service.
